Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes, this can happen during transit, particularly for international orders. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us and we'll look into it for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Once shipped, we're unable to cancel or redirect orders.
How do I start a return or refund?

Products
Are the colours of products exactly as shown?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but due to differences in screen settings and lighting, the actual colour may vary slightly from what's pictured.
Are your products good for gifting?
Many of our products come gift-ready or include gift packaging — check individual product listings for details. They make wonderful gifts for birthdays, Christmas, Easter, baptisms, and more.
